Returns After 30 Days
- Eligibility: Items returned after 30 days and up to 60 days from the purchase date are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Condition: The item must still be in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- Refund Amount: Refunds will reflect the original purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Items that are damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition due to misuse.
- Digital Items, or items that do not require shipping
- Activation of cellular services
Return Process
